Italix Milena Olivia (Ludstar Callisto in Italix Imp It x Italix Libera Maria) is a beautiful brown-roan female, with a typical square, well-boned outline, a close-fitting wirey coat and a head that has all the characteristics of this lovely breed - expressive, round eyes, head planes that diverge, a refined head with prominent occiput and lovely, draping low-set ears. She is a real stunner! Miela is also very birdy! She has a very strong hunting instinct and desire - we look forward to training and hunting with her in the future. She is a fun, happy and very affectionate young dog who is a true pleasure to live with.
At a recent show in England, Mielas full broth "Italix Rocco Antonio" was judged by the very well respected breed specialitst Mr. Rod Allison, who drew a huge entry of Spinoni due to the great respect he has built in the Spinone world in Europe. Here are his comments about Miela's full brother....
"What a pleasant way to start the day. A quality puppy and no mistake where this eight months old ancestral pedigree originates. Little known in the UK but the top brown only kennel in Italy for well over half a century, this puppy bears all the hallmarks of such a prestigious line. The tell tales signs of a frame with depth and width and pronounced prosternum, a standard demanding outline, a balanced head with a beautiful expression, excellent bone with good sized hocks and feet and a most desired coat in texture and acceptable in colour.
